Employment Pass with Company Registration If you are a foreign individual or business professional who would like to start a new company in Singapore and to relocate to Singapore to operate your company you should: Register the Singapore Company Apply for work pass, commonly known as Employment Pass Company Setup Requirements At least one shareholder, one resident director and a company secretary Minimum paid-up capital of S$1 A local registered office address Employment Pass Eligibility Requirements Ministry of Manpower determines your eligibility based on the factors below.
